Understanding Your Dashboard

Vendor Dashboard gives you an overall summary of your shop and activities. From this dashboard, you can easily manage your shop and get quick insights.

Viewing your Dashboard

To view your artisan dashboard, follow either of the steps below:
• Visit shop.signatures.ca/dashboard
• Click on “My Account” in the top right corner, then click “Dashboard”, then click “Go to Artisan Dashboard”.

Understanding your Dashboard

Main Panel

• Sales: the total amount of gross sales your shop has earned in its lifetime
• Earning: the total amount of net sales (after the commission fee is applied) your shop has earned in its lifetime
• Pageview: the total number of page views your shop has received in its lifetime
• Order: the total number of orders your shop has received in its lifetime

Orders Panel

Go to > Orders and Shipping Help
• Total: the grand total of orders your shop has received in its lifetime
• Completed: the total number of orders your shop has fulfilled
• Pending: the total number of orders placed in your shop that are currently awaiting completion
• Processing: the total number of orders placed in your shop that have been paid but the items have not yet been shipped
• Cancelled: the total number of orders your shop has cancelled, but not yet refunded
• Refunded: the total number of cancelled orders your shop has refunded
• On hold: the number of orders that have been placed but are currently experiencing delays or issues

Reviews Panel

Go to > Reviews Help
• All: the total number of reviews your shop’s products have received
• Pending: the number of reviews currently awaiting your approval
• Spam: the number of reviews considered spam
• Trash: the number of reviews you have deleted

Products Panel

Go to > Products Help
• Total: the total number of products you have created in your shop
• Live: the number of visible products in your shop that customers can currently view and purchase
• Offline: the number of products you have created that are currently unavailable for customers to view and purchase
• Pending Review: the number of products you have created currently awaiting approval from Signatures

Sales This Month Panel

Go to > Sales Help
This panel shows a line graph illustrating your gross sales amount (Sales total) and the total number of orders your shop has received (Number of orders) in the past 30 days.

Latest Announcements

This panel contains the latest messages from the Signatures team. Unread messages are highlighted in orange.
• To view a message, click on the announcement subject line in bold
• To view all messages, click on “See All”
• To delete a message, click on “Sell All”, then click on the X button in the top right corner of the message
