We are happy to refund or exchange merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. During December we extend the return period to the end of January.

Jewellery must not be worn or damaged and returned with all of the original packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We recommend shipping with a courier that can provide a tracking number.

WARRANTY: If your jewellery is in need of repair, please contact us thru our website and we will be happy to assist you.
We warranty our work against defect in workmanship for 1 year.
After 1 year we will assess any damage and pro-rate the cost of repair.
We are not able to warranty gemstones – any stone can fracture or chip if accidentally stressed.
