All the pieces are created in my small studio and made by hand, no two pieces are exactly the same. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. I realize that buying items like this online can be tricky, as I myself like to physically see and touch before buying… but these are the times. If you are not satisfied, or item is not as expected, you can exchange it for something else in my line, but buyer will be responsible for the postage/delivery costs.
If you decided you really don’t want the item , it may be returned but I withhold a stocking fee of 20%.
if your item is defective, upon return inspection I will do a 100% refund.
